BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF VACATION
The reservation is confirmed, with the payment of a deposit (30 %), and must be paid in bank transfer, if you fail to use the booking, this deposit will not be returned. The remaining amount will be paid on arrival in cash, besides a security deposit of € 200 / apartament.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Stays are weekly, from saturday to saturday, (except middle and high season) starting from 16:00 on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. At arrive each guest is asked to bring proof of identity to complete the registration formalities.At departure every guest is asked to leave the accommodation within the time prescribed.
TV VOLUME
We pray the guests to keep the television and any music equipment at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of agriturismo, especially during the hours : from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00.
CLOTHES
Bath towels and bed linen is replaced once a week; in the apartments tablecloths are not included,sponge towels should not be used likecushion; on the external chairs, in the pool, and in any case could not be used outside of the apartments. In case of default will be charged the involved costs.
SWIMMING POOL
Pool is open from may the 1st to october the 1st.
The pool available for guests is open from 8.00 am to 19.30 pm, except for maintenance.

This is an unsupervised private pool: pay attention while using the pool.
Diving is not permitted due to the limited dimension and depth of the pool (140 Cm).
It is compulsory to take a shower before entering in the pool.
All children below 14, must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult supervisor.
You can not eat and drink onboard tank, and lead glasses and bottles inside it.
Bath towels and bed linen can not be used in pool, penalty € 5 for person.
EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING
For the possible extraordinary cleaning of the apartment and to hygiene the refrigerator, the kitchen, pots and dishes, the staff of “Villa Beatrice" may require payment of € 100.00/apartament.
PEOPLE OUTSIDE
By the day guests are asked to indicate the presence of relatives and friends to the direction.
At night is strictly prohibited the presence of strangers in every area of agriturismo.
Access to the rooms and in common areas of agriturismo is not allowed to strangers and people not registered or previously approved through an identity document viewed by senior management.
The daily stay of friends or relatives and to avail of our agriturism services is asked a contribution of € 10/day for person.
To accommodate friends or relatives during the day and to use the services of the farm is a contribution of € 10/day.
REMOTE CONTROL AND KEYS
The remote gate, TV and the keys of apartment if lost or damaged will be charged.
SECURITY
The management absolve from all liability for any personal items left unattended in rooms or in communal areas.
It will be the responsibility of the guests keep personal items of value, both in rooms and public areas of agriturismo.
It is recommended that guests not remove or destroy any object within the rooms and public areas. Any violation will be reported to authorities.
SMALL PETS
Are allowed small pets (max 1 pet/apartament) at a cost of 10 euro a day, only apartments "Magnolia" or "Glicine", but you must give prior notice of their presence in the direction.
Pets should never be let both in housing and in the neighboring vicinity.
Is strictly prohibited to allow pets to climb on beds, sofas and armchairs.
Possible damages will be charged to their owners.
NO SMOKING POLICY
